Make a Difference
As we are getting closer to the Early Access Phase of Fractured Veil we are starting to properly activate our community. We want to build a safe and welcoming space for everyone who plays our game and loves survival games, and in order to do so we need YOUR help!
We are looking for passionate individuals to partner with us and help us build an engaging and positive community for everyone who will adventure in Maui.

We consider our Ambassadors as true extension of the Paddle Creek Team.
For this reason we will invite you to a monthly call with our team to discuss various topic. From community development to some game-related stuff.
Occasionally, we will also organise Playtests on upcoming game content or Playdates with our team. Let's have fun!
Get Rewarded
The Fractured Veil Ambassador is a volunteer program, but this doesn't mean that we won't get any rewards. We are still defining the rewards for this activity and it’s something we will keep on expanding as we get closer to the launch of the game.
Below is a small list of what we can confirm right now:
- Access to the Exclusive Ambassador Channels
- Exclusive Discord Status
- Invite to exclusive playtests (after the Early Access launch) & Playdates!
- Invite to exclusive Town Halls / Feedback Calls
- In-game bonuses (TBA)
While we can't make any promise yet, we will also consider your general engagement with the program and potentially reward the most active people with a game key or more cool stuff!
Contribute your way
While it helps, access to the game is not required in order to contribute to the program.
We believe that ambassadors should “Guide by example” and set a standard for what should be positive engagement within our community.
For this reason we have created a set of specialisations that might help you contribute to our community, no matter whether you have the game or not.
Community Helpers
These are community volunteers who like to help others by answering support tickets or help requests. Whether it’s in-game, Discord or any other social media.
Community Helpers with game access might also act as real Tour Guides for Fractured Veil. Greeting new people who visit our Maui for the first time and helping them move their first steps.
Community Builders
These are creative people who dedicate their time to building and maintaining bases. Everyone loves them!
Base Builders will often post screenshots and tutorials of their work!
Community Chatters
These are usually people who like to spend some time chatting with new and existing community members. Community Chatters are those who end up animating our social media channels and Discord Server with many conversations on one or more topics. Whether is about the game or something else.
Community Chatters with in-game access might also act as storytellers, and narrate/write stories based on our game and their adventures.
Community Media Creators
Do you like taking artistic, cool screenshots while playing video games? Perhaps you prefer capturing short funny clips while playing the game? Or maybe you are an emerging content creator who would like to grow their channel playing our game?

Community Writers
These are usually people who love to write blog articles about anything gaming-related or guides about Fractured Veil. Community writers can contribute in multiple ways, whether is guest posts on our blog, community spotlights, interviews and much more!
FAQs
What is the FRV Ambassador program?
FRV Ambassadors are passionate community volunteers that want to help us create the best community possible for our game. They foster positivity and contribute to making the FRV community a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
Who can join?
Everyone from anywhere in the world. No restrictions.
Is this a discord-only thing or can I contribute while on other platforms?
While we will use primarily discord for some communications and activities, this is not limited to just Discord. While posting outside discord, please use the hashtag #FracturedVeilCommunity so we can keep track of what you do.
Do I need to have access to the game to join?
No, you do not need to have the game to join. While this program is designed for volunteer, we believe that anyone can contribute to the community. We are still looking into ways to reward our Ambassadors for their contributions, if someone is particularly active and have no access to the game, it's likely we will fix that!
What are the Town Halls / Feedback Calls?
Every month, we will try to meet everyone here on discord, to present some of the things we are working on and gather some feedback on specific topics. You can expect us to talk about: Our community (including Discord & Social Media), game updates, social features, sneak peeks, and more. The idea is that you will be the first ones to give us feedback on some stuff before it’s public!
What about Playtests and Playdates?
At Paddle Creek Games we are gamers to our core and we love to play. We believe there is no better way to keep a healthy community than just doing what we like the most: Playing. For this reason, we will make an effort to organize some Playdates on FRV or even other games!
We might also organise some Playtests on upcoming features/content before it’s playable to the public!
